We are pleased with the location: outside the city, yet close to the important sites of southern Tuscany. The apartment is spacious, heated (we were in the cold season). Excellent, comfortable beds. Plenty of space around the house. The only drawback was the direct proximity to the road, fortunately with little vehicular traffic. This is probably the problem of the apartment in the main building, as the second building is located more in the depth of the garden.
A very good option for those determined to actively explore the area.

Overall a great stay. Really enjoyed the apartment and surroundings. Great communication in advance, but a little more difficult with the hosts on location. But we managed well with google translate and the local family was very kind and helpful. The cash deposit could be improved by letting guests leave the passport or other ID or credit card as deposit instead.

We spend lovely time in Pienza. The place is beautiful and I recomended to the family with kids. The owner was very friendly.

Gite bien tenu et très bien situé pour sillonner tout autour. Le propriétaire est bien acueillant bien qu'il communique peu en anglais.

the weather was warmer than normal so a fan would have helped. people were very friendly and the villa was very good, especially the pool. located close to many places of interest but a little far from a market.
