Welcoming farmhouse situated in panoramic location in the beautiful area of Val D’Orcia. This property comprises 4 units (one is occupied by the owners) and offers a well-groomed garden, a private furnished area for all of the 3 apartments and a nice pool.
This property is in easy access to charming little villages and small towns such as Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia and Bagni Vignone (with nice spas). A secondary road passes nearby the property.
Distances: Pienza with general stores 5 km away, Bagni Vignone (spa) 5 km, Montepulciano 20 km, Montalcino (renowned for the production of Brunello wine) 25 km away, Chiusi (railway station with trains for Florence and Rome) 35 km, Siena 50 km away, Florence (airport) 120 km away, Rome 200 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private furnished outdoor area for all of the 3 apartments, garden with shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. Shared laundry.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request € 26,- / per week (to be paid on the spot). Maid service by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour payable locally).

We are pleased with the location: outside the city, yet close to the important sites of southern Tuscany. The apartment is spacious, heated (we were in the cold season). Excellent, comfortable beds. Plenty of space around the house. The only drawback was the direct proximity to the road, fortunately with little vehicular traffic. This is probably the problem of the apartment in the main building, as the second building is located more in the depth of the garden.
A very good option for those determined to actively explore the area.

Overall a great stay. Really enjoyed the apartment and surroundings. Great communication in advance, but a little more difficult with the hosts on location. But we managed well with google translate and the local family was very kind and helpful. The cash deposit could be improved by letting guests leave the passport or other ID or credit card as deposit instead.
Everything has been good except the WIFI. But we heared that everywhere they had problems with the internet.
We spend lovely time in Pienza. The place is beautiful and I recomended to the family with kids. The owner was very friendly.
Posizione centralissima, strategica per muoversi nella val d'orcia. Appartamento molto carino, ben accessoriato. Piscina con vista panoramica sul monte amiata. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.
Un lugar para recomendar y repetir! Está en un lugar privilegiado, en medio de la Val d'Orcia, cerca de pueblos con encanto (Pienza, Montepulciano...). La casa es fantástica, muy limpia y no falta de nada. La gente encargada de la casa super amable y servicial. Con piscina, vistas, gatitos... ideal!! Hemos estado muy relajados y muy agusto. Son pocas viviendas por lo que es muy tranquilo. Un buen lugar para desconectar
Gite bien tenu et très bien situé pour sillonner tout autour. Le propriétaire est bien acueillant bien qu'il communique peu en anglais.
the weather was warmer than normal so a fan would have helped. people were very friendly and the villa was very good, especially the pool. located close to many places of interest but a little far from a market.
Great place to stay. Only 8km from Pienza and not far from other areas. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It had clearly been renovated recently but still retained the villa feel. Each apartment also has its own outdoor seating area and the pool is beautiful.
