Villa Sevi Grande

We where 3 families including 3 teenagers (9 people) staying in the Villa for 16 days last part of July 2025. We had a fantastic time there.
The location was perfect in a quiet and peaceful area and with really nice neighbors. But close enough to go out for dinner in the local cities or enjoy the local beaches.
The Villa was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
With 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, everybody could have their time and not having to wait for each others in the showers etc.
The swimming pool was amazing and so big (wow) and the BBQ area, fully equipped, gave us some memorable afternoons enjoying some good food and drinks .
The owner was so friendly, welcoming and always willing to help with anything we needed. Gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to go. More or less available 24/7 - just 30 minutes away if needed.
I really hope we can get back sometime to enjoy this Villa again.
We would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation!

The Villa is very nice and well kept and just lovely. It works very Well with two bedrooms close to The livingroom arena and Three bedrooms upstairs. And the owner was very welcomming and helpful. We stayed ten people and had the best week

My friends and I (8 people) stayed at this lovely Villa for almost 10 days last week (June 2024) and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect in a quiet and peaceful area. The Villa was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The swimming pool and the BBQ area, fully equipped, were great to enjoy our time together at the Villa!. Great villa fully equipped on a strategic location to the main beaches of Crete . Really comfortable and well built.

We had a family reunion and the house was great for our group. Nice outdoor patio with fantastic pool deck.

We spent 10 wonderful days in Villa Sevi Grande - a beautiful villa, with the most spectacular view over the mountains & the sea. An absolutely fantastic pool, where you can actually swim. We were 3 generations celebrating my birthday and we totally enjoyed our stay. Eftikes, the host, was very helpful and could be contacted 24/7. We asked him to turn of the automatic night light and were able to see the most awesome night sky - millions of stars lighting up the night, it was magic.
Please remember to rent a car, as the villa is located in the mountains, with no cafes, restaurants or shop. Great restaurants & beaches can be reached in 10 - 25 minutes.
This is a great place for families or friends to enjoy som quality time together.
I will highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful villa in a stunning part of Crete. It is ideally located for visiting some of the most beautiful beaches in Crete and some of the most fabulous restaurants and tavernas but you will need a car and will often find yourself in 1st gear as the roads are steep. The villa is quiet and peaceful in the day with a beautiful large swimming pool where you can sunbathe and watch the griffon vultures soar overhead. The view is superb. It is very well equipped and we could not fault it. Everything worked and the air conditioning was useful at night. We were a family of 11 with adult, married children and their partners and could not rate this villa and the time we spent there highly enough

Maison très agréable à vivre disposant de 5 grandes chambres dont 4 d’entre elles avec des salles d’eau rattachées. Les matériaux de construction sont de qualité et la vue depuis la piscine extraordinaire

"I would recommend this place. Villa has everything for a big company or family. The pool is the best I have ever had. Excellent beaches in about 30-40 minutes drive as well as Chaina - city with vary nightlife. The area near the villa is rural, calm and quiet. Be prepared to travel by car a lot."

Vi hade en mycket fin vecka i det fina huset med barn och barnbarn. Vi uppskattade särskilt den fina utsikten, poolen, trädgården med alla fina växter och grillplatsen. Återkommer gärna!

Villa Sevi Grande was the perfect decision for us when travelling in Crete Island with my family and my sister's family. There were five adults and four kids (ages 5-8) staying in this Villa. Villa was well equipped and you could easily cook and grill there. The pool was perfect: it was clean and big enough to really swim and do some water sports. In the pool, there were separated area for smaller kids to swim.
Villa is located in the middle of nowhere so you are going to need a rental car to go somewhere from the Villa. The area around the Villa is nothing special, so we did not go for morning jog as we planned before the trip. But it did not bother us as Villa's inside area was really, really nice and private. And full of plants and flowers!
Driving there is pretty easy and beaches and grocery shops are close.
The place was worth the money and we did not miss a thing in there!

My family really enjoyed the stay in the villa. The weather was perfect and the owner helpful when needed. The village of Melissourgeio a true delight, and close to great beaches. Nice views too from the pool!

The villa looked larger than on the website, and we were really surprised. There was plenty of space for all our extended family, and the dining facilities were excellent.Plenty of sunbeds and great pool. Recommended!

Great villa with high value for money. Cannot fault, and the reservation process was easy and smooth. We had a small problem with electric system but the owner came quickly to fix it so this didn't disrupt our holiday.

Apart from the weather, that let us down on a couple of occasions, this holiday was great. The house was well equipped (including a little, appreciated welcome pack) and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the pool, the views and the grounds, and driving through the country roads discovering little villages and nice local restaurants.

Spacious country house, strategically located to explore the whole region (and close to Balos Beach!!!). The property was clean, the gardens well kept and the pool absolutely perfect. Cannot fault. Will be back next year!
