A perfect experience! Great location, comfortable, clean, and spacious apartment. Well-equipped kitchen, clean and pleasant rooms and bathrooms. The property owner was kind and perfectly available. In summary – a very, very warm recommendation!

Very nice place in perfect location

An ideal villa in the centre of Almyrida, steps from the beach. This was an ideal home for our family vacation. The basement room was great for my teenage sons whilst the upstairs bedrooms had bright views from their balconies.

We had a very nice time at Villa Castellina. The welcome by our hostess Castellina was very warm. Due to problems with the rental car we were later than planned, but this was no problem at all. There was wine, water and something tasty waiting for us in the refrigerator and the air conditioning was on so that we arrived in a nice cool house. Kastellia regularly inquired whether everything was in order. That was very nice and the small problems that arose were resolved well. It was also nice that the cleaning ladies came by twice and that the sheets were changed. All in all a good experience. Beautiful neighborhood en surroundings!

We had a wonderful week in Emanouela. A beautiful vieuw over the Bay for the balcony was a hit for us. We felt home immediatly. Everything is there
The owner Castellina was very helpful and gentle.
Only 30 meters across the street to join the beach. Supermarket below the appartment. Village with a lot of nice restaurants and bars at the seaside

A very cozy house, just a stone throw away from the beach. It is roomy, clean and equipped with just anything you can think of.
On arrival the house was already stocked with tee, coffee, soap, shower gel and there was a kilo of grapes, 2 big bottles of water and a white wine ready in the fridge.
The host is amazingly forthcoming and considerate and ready to help, if you have any problem.

Wonderful place to be if you want to stay just near the beach. Great with kids! Do recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the apartment, and we really loved the atmosphere and the beauty of the small village of Almyrida. Castellina is a very kind and caring host and helped us with everything. The apartment is really in front of the sea and you have a great view from the balcony on the ocean. When you get out of the apartment, you find yourself next to very good restaurants and a beach to take a bath or a stroll and even some supermarkets and nice little souvenir shops are close by so everything is just as you would love it, we definitely recommend

I would like to thank you for being a very good host while we had a lovely two weeks holiday The a-artment was beautiful and clean everything in there ,the view was spectacular and the wine and cake was a nice touch .The change of sheets was regularl ,also the cleaning very good ,if at all possible Castellina will oblige in any way to make your stay a good one .

The communication from Posarelli Villas was brilliant from the start. Any questions we had were quickly answered. We were met by sisters Emmanuela (Emma) and Castellina who we knew instinctively were going to be lovely hosts. The apartment was more than we had hoped for. Spacious (although a small bathroom - not a problem), a wonderful sea view from the front balcony - it had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Having the beach literally across the road was just the best!! A washing machine, ironing facilities, dishwasher, sunbeds and a safe were available which is more than we've had in previous apartments. It was light and airy with a lovely through breeze when the front and back were open (felt perfectly safe). Sweet breads, oranges and sweet cakes were gifted to us by the family which was a lovely gesture. The apartment is perfectly situated with numerous restaurants/bars which run alongside the beach. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and the bus which takes you into Chania are all close by. We've visited Almyrida many times, but this apartment was by far the best we've stayed in.......made all the better for the kindness shown by Emmanuela and her family. A huge 'thank you' to you all.

Location location location! You can not beat being steps from the water…Especially when traveling with children. We had everything we could possibly need: beach, playground, great restaurants just steps away. Even parking! Castelina was great in communicating with us and giving us recommendations for food etc. We would certainly return to this gem of a city… if you want a chill beach vacation, perfect with little ones… this is it! So charming and relaxing!

My family and I were really happy to stay in Houses by the Sea. It was comfortable and just opposite the nice beach. Everything you need is within walking distance - tavernas, supermarket, rental car agencies, ATM, nail and hair services, taxi and bus station. In the apartment there are all kinds of kitchenware, washing machine, dishwasher, balcony with amazing view!
The communication with the owner was easy, instant and effective.

Nice little house just 60 m from the sea with restaurants and beaches. Since the house is set back from the road along the beach, its more quiet and you dont hear the noise from the restaurants. At the same time the sea and restaurants are close. The two bedrooms on the first floor both have a balcony. From the balcony in the master bedroom there is a beautiful seaview.
