Villa Cuculo is a large villa with pool, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and panoramic views, in a strategic location among the hills of Patrignone, a small town in Tuscany’s Arezzo province.
The house is elegantly and tastefully furnished, offering indoor and outdoor spaces equipped with all amenities to guarantee a relaxing and tranquil vacation. The vast grounds include a well-tended park with lawns and lush greenery; equipped outdoor areas with comfortable hammocks, lawn furniture and barbecue for dining al fresco; the beautiful pool with panoramic views, and terrace equipped with sun loungers and outdoor shower; and the tennis court. It is all for the villa guests’ exclusive use: relaxing with their family or a group of friends; organizing outdoor barbecues and dinners; playing and sunbathing in the pool; and relaxing in the shade on the hammocks.
Inside, the elegant and refined interiors, together with all the amenities of the well-equipped kitchen, numerous bathrooms, bright living rooms and large bedrooms, offer guests a one-of-a-kind, unforgettable experience.
The location is ideal for reaching Tuscany’s beautiful cities, such as Arezzo, Florence, and Siena; and the smaller towns of Cortona, Montepulciano, and Pienza; as well as Lake Trasimeno and nearby Umbria.
At guests’ disposal: large park surrounding the villa (completely fenced in); tennis court (enclosed and with lighting); pool reserved for guests’ exclusive use (15 x 11 meters; minimum depth: 1,70; maximum depth: 3,50 meters); the pool is enclosed and offers a gazebo with table, 13 sun loungers, 2 changing rooms, 1 wc and 1 bathroom with shower; room with billiard table; well-equipped outdoor area (with lighting) with barbecue, table and chairs for eating al fresco; parking within the grounds; free wi-fi internet indoors and outdoors; 50-inch satellite TV; 2 baby beds and 1 high chair; fans in all bedrooms; housekeeping service included in the price (9 hours total: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3pm to 6pm.)

Wir hatten einen super Herbsturlaub in der Villa Cuculo; besser konnten wir es nicht treffen. Die Gegend ist einfach unglaublich schön, aber auch das Haus ist so toll und so gut ausgestattet, dass eine Woche Urlaub hier definitiv zu wenig ist um sowohl die Städte zu besichtigen, als auch die Möglichkeiten am Haus auszuschöpfen, wie Tennis und Billard zu spielen: hier kann man regelrechte Turniere veranstalten und das werden wir ganz gezielt in unserem nächsten Urlaub hier planen! Außerdem gibt es gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Very good residence for a big group of friends who want to relax and stay together in wonderful surroundings. We cooked together and used the barbecue very day. The housekeeping during our stay was fantastic.

Das Haus ist herrschaftlich und elegant ausgestattet. Das schönste Haus für so eine grosse Gruppe, dass wir je gemietet haben. Abgesehen von den vielen verschiedenen Möglichkeiten die man direkt am Haus und in der Umgebung hat, kann man auch sehr gut Städte in der Toskana und auch in Umbrien besichtigen. Ein Tipp von uns ist es nach Gubbio zu fahren. Es ist zwar etwas weiter und kurviger, aber die kleine Stadt ist ganz besonders schön und im Simmer werden in dem kleinen Amphie-Theater in dem Park vor der Altstadt Konzerte aufgeführt, was wunderschön ist.

Besides a one day problem with the water - everything was clean, tidy, well organized - perfect! The host is very friendly and well willing to help if needed. The villa is a wonderful place to stay. The pool is very clean and was cleaned every evening. It is an authentic Italian villa. Closeby there is a perfect pizzeria ( reservation is needed). To go short.....a perfect place to stay
