Policies
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
Arrival between 16:00 and 21:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
Pool open from 1 April to 30 November
To be paid at booking with the rental price:
Tourist tax (mandatory): 1.50€ per person per day
To be paid on the spot

Welcome kit
- 25% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 75 days prior to the arrival.

- 90% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 29 and 1 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made on the arrival day or in case of no-show.

A fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings. Well equipped and very comfortable with air con throughout. The pool is large and has plenty of sunbeds around it to accommodate all three villas. The views from the pool are amazing and the gardens are incredibly well cared for. The local contacts were very helpful indeed. The three villas are positioned in such a way to ensure privacy for each.
