Absolutely gorgeous stay at the villas! We had a wonderful time — everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed here for 10 days and had a lovely relaxing holiday. The Villa is in a quiet location but it is easy to get to the beach and Kournas Lake by car. Our host Politini was super helpful and very easy to reach, her Dad also has a great supermarket in the village where you can pick up any shopping you need including his delicious olive oil.

Beautiful Clean and tidy Villa in a secluded location with great amenities. Car is needed for getting around and exploring. the owner is superb.

een prachtig plekje, 1 opmerking wij waren er eind oktober en vonden de nachten te koud en geen verwarming of extra dekens.
1 dag was er geen zon = geen warm water..

There is a book at the Villa with basic information of the house including the electric board.
The electric heater can be easily switch on when, due to weather conditions, the solar panel is not efficient.
It takes 20 min to heat up as much water as needed.
Blankets are available in each bedroom.
We are really sorry you didn't ask for help, the issues mentioned would have been solved immediately.

This is a stunning treasure of a Villa with the most polite hosts. Its location is only 350m from the local village but you feel a million miles from anyone or anywhere. The pool is beautiful and we had the most fantastic stay here

Lovely villa with all the facilities needed for a wonderul relaxing stay. The owners are extremely accomodating and friendly. The villa is a 2 minute walk to the tradtional Greek village of Vrisses where you will find supermarkets, local tavernas and bars.
The nearest beach resort of Georgioupolis is a 10 minute car drive which is a lovely place to visit.

Lovely villa with lots of space. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the ground floor bedroom did not work well, not helped by the heatwave.

The Villa was great as described and expected. The location is perfect beaches nearby, chania is nearby. The Host is a just a really wonderful man simple and so friendly, he have got his own supermarket where we have bought all what we needed in our stay, he had surprised us with Greek Moussaka that his wife cooked for us . My family was very happy there and they wanted to stay more. When i come back again i will plan to book another time there. Thanks for the good hospitality.

Comfortable and spacious villa with tremendous mountain view. The villa is just a 5 minute walk from Vryses’ main square where you will find restaurants at the river and grocery shopping.

Without a car it is perfect for relaxing, cooking at home or walk to the restaurants in the village.

If you rent a car it is the perfect starting point for visiting Crete’s many attractions or drive to other small villages for lunch or dinner.

Only 10 minuts by car and east of Geogiourpolis the beaches are beautiful and quiet.

We had breakfast at the lower large terrase with splendid view of the mountains and then we had Sun downers at the top terrase. Pool area was comfortable with enough chairs and both sun and shade.

The owner and his family run a small supermarket in the village. We went there to get local cheese, fruit, vegetables etc for our stay. They are very friendly and near by if you have questions or need anything.

It was worth every Euro and Cent :-)

Beautiful villa in walking distance to the little village Vryses. From the house you have a breathtaking view over 2500 meters high mountains in the distance. I got a little bit of the same feeling as when staying in Tuscany or Provence. The owner runs a small supermarket in the village and help you with everything you might need during your stay.
Even if this inland, the sea is only 10 minutes away by car. You can then enjoy the quiet countryside and at the same time visit the beaches.
We really recommend this house and the area.
