Villa Moyria

Absolutely fantastic holiday. Villa Moyria was lovely, very clean on arrival, pool all ready for us . Arrived on Friday morning and villa was cleaned on the Monday, beds changed, fresh towels put out, pool serviced. Pool was amazing and used every day. Customer service was fantastic, always on hand to answer any questions and gave great advice on things to do and restaurants to visit. Location of villa is superb , it's sits right behind the harbour in the centre with tavernas etc short distance away. The villa is on a short steep hill off the street so ensure you are able to walk this . Overall would highly recommend both Posarelli and villa Moyria and we will book again. Family of 6.

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in villa Moyria!! Super mooie ligging, vlak bij het centrum van Kassiopi en toch merk je er op je eigen plekje er niets van… geen lawaai, geen hinder, net of je in de natuur zit.
Service was ook uitstekend! Voldoende handdoeken, douche-gel, afwastablets etc!
Regelmatig werd het zwembad proper gemaakt en kregen we nieuw beddengoed.
We waren 10 dagen in Corfu en hebben er zeer hard van genoten!

The villa is perfectly located: the town, supermarkets and beaches are all within easy walking distance. There is a beautiful view because the villa is up a bit of a hill. It feels very private despite being so close to town.
The villa itself is very spacious with 3 very good sized en-suite bathrooms. We particularly liked the powerful showers and the air con. The villa was spotlessly clean.
The outside space is great, with all of the bedrooms having their own terrace/balcony with seating as well as a large dining area near the pool with a barbecue. We loved the pool. It’s huge for a private pool, and there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. It is easy to find sunny and shady spaces throughout the day.
It was easy to book with posarelli villas and communication was very good. Getting into the villa was straightforward, and we appreciated the thorough cleaning and change of towels that was done halfway through our stay. We didn’t have any issues, but Nicos was only a WhatsApp away if there had been a problem.
We had a great stay, and I’d definitely stay in Villa Moyria if I come back to Kassiopi.

The villa was all that was claimed and more. Great large heated pool. Any problems we had ( water problems mainly being the first occupants I think this season). Nicos and his company provided an excellent service and were always at the end of a phone or "whatsapp" if needed.

Everything was exactly as shown in the photos - beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short distance from the city. We did have a small incident where we accidentally locked ourselves out of the villa. Thankfully, the owner was incredibly responsive and came to unlock the doors for us using a spare key, all at no extra cost. In the middle of our stay, someone came to change our towels and take out the rubbish, which was a nice touch and helped keep everything fresh and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the swimming pool left blue marks on our skin from the paint on the bottom and walls. However, this was not a major issue and did not significantly impact our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

The villa is located in the centre of Kassiopi, convenient for walking to the sea and to all the restaurants.
The villa is very comfortable and gave us moments of true relaxation accompanied by the benefit of the private pool.

Wow! This was way better than I expected. Up the hill in the center of the pedestrian mall & just beneath the castle walls. Couldn’t have picked a better location. In the center, but also private at the end of the hill. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Good location and size. Lovely outlook over town to the sea. Steep approach road/driveway. Villa needs a little TLC, kitchen not very well equipped for full occupancy. Very tatty canvas pagoda was only shade in garden. Pool had recently been painted and the paint came off on our hands and feet!

Overall we had a nice stay - Kassiopi is lovely, pretty, close to nature and lots of good restaurants. Staff responded quickly to all queries. The house was spacious, pretty and a good location but felt like we paid too much: - Needs more proactive maintenance. E.g. the aircon unit in one bedroom leaked water all over the floor. When we noticed the next morning, we told them and they were quick to respond but it took over a day to find someone to fix it. Another unit had had a bottle placed over the end for some time which shouldn't have been there. On the last evening the water stopped working, we let them know the next morning based on signs saying to contact them only if the outage was longer than 4 hours - which resulted in leaving without being able to shower the last day. - Some of the pool paint came off while using it so we got blue skin after using the pool - The kitchen was equipped with essentials but not more - didn't have 6 dinner plates for instance

We were very happy in the house and the pool was great. What we would like to let you know that we found the house inside not very cosy and warm. But apart of that everything was great.
