Access to the house is via a short section of unpaved road in excellent condition.

At guests' disposal: large, very well-tended garden (entirely enclosed) with beautiful pool reserved for guests' exclusive use (irregular shape, depth 1,4 m), with panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and part of Lake Trasimeno, sundeck surrounding the pool, outdoor shower (hot and cold water), movable barbecue, beautiful pergola furnished with table and chairs in the garden in front of the house's kitchen.
