Santa Flora

We booked this for a large party and it was excellent for us. I would give it 4.5 stars if that was an option. It is a hotel with all the facilities you'd expect.
The tower has 4 great bedrooms and adds to the unusual aspect of the property.
The swimming pool was fantastic and was a great place to socialise around.
Davide who looked after us while we were there was very accessible and even sourced a guitar for us to use while we were there. He is very knowledgeable about restaurants and local places to visit.

We were a group of 17 travellers who stayed 4 nights at this fantastic villa to celebrate a special occasion. It was perfect, from the large dinning table that could seat us all to the many comfortable roomy bedrooms. The pool was superb and an enjoyable swim was had. All the guests enjoyed the Villa with some mentioning booking for their future events. The large kitchen had all you could need and with plenty of room. Davide the owner meet us and showed us around the whole villa and explained each area, all to willing to help if anything was needed. The Villa is in a small town with plenty of places to eat drink and wander. Our whole group was without cars so relied on public transport and with the exception of Sunday had no trouble getting around. Train to Arezzo easy. This an impressive villa

Excellent!

This place was the best! 14 of us for one week. We loved the tower rooms, the extensive kitchen and dining area to gather. The pool was cool (early October). Rooms were clean and well supplied. Quiet setting along the Arno River. The medieval tower was redesigned with 4 wonderful rooms. Firm beds, spacious, well supplied. Tastefully done. The rooms in the main building were also well designed, spacious, and well supplied. 10-15 minute walk to train to Arezzo. It was a 1 1/2 hour drive by car to Siena and other hill towns. David met us and went over details for rooms, kitchen, outdoors. We had a door handle that came off, need for more coffee, need for garbage bags. Each time he responded quickly to a phone call. He was very pleasant to work with and made our stay easy

la villa es magnifica. tiene todo para pasar unos días sensacionales. Todos los servicios. en un marco incomparable. en un entorno muy apropiado para hacer excursiones. Arezzo junto a la villa. supermercados en las inmediaciones. es una maravilla. nos atendió Davide que iba a diario. magnifico. Nos proporcionó toda la información necesaria. Altamente recomendable. la villa tiene un encanto especial. repetiremos sin duda y lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

La struttura è bellissimo e dotato di una cucina professionale che fa la differenza per eventi con molte persone. La location è ottimale sia per la vicinanza al paese sia per la vicinanza a stazioni e autostrada. Abbiamo svolto qui il nostro team building aziendale e torneremo per altri eventi.

Cette propriété , ancien hôtel-restaurant reconvertie en maison à louer est immense et très bien agencée: toutes les chambres sont grandes , voire très grandes avec chacune sa salle de bains , WC . la cuisine est professionnelle et parfaitement adaptée pour la réception de grands groupes..... le jardin et la grande piscine parfaitement entretenues avec de multiples transats et parasols.... un merveilleux endroit au calme , le long d'une rivière , une bätisse pleine de charme et un propriétaire Davide qui fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux...... JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT CETTE LOCATION pour les grands groupes ou chacun peut avoir une grande indépendance......

Staying at Villa Santa flora was honestly one of the best weekends of mine and my friends lives. As soon as we arrived the owner Davide was warm and friendly - answering all the questions we had and giving us a guided tour of the whole property.
All the facilities were brilliant. There was literally nothing that we could complain about. The best part though and without doubt the stars of the show were the two lovely chefs who cooked for us and treated us so well. Warm, friendly and with amazing food we were totally spoilt. It felt like we had our own Italian mothers out there caring for us. There was so much food we had to cancel a few lunch reservations to finish it all off - but we didn’t mind as it was delicious.
On check out, it was lovely to meet Davide’s father who again was polite and helpful in settling the coffee machine bill. We will definitely be returning and cannot recommend the property and service enough to our friends and family.
Thanks again for all your help - Elena, Gillian & Valentina you have been stars! It was a magical weekend.

Love the home we stayed in called Santa Flora and the owner David was so hospitable and attentive. The home was very comfortable and my family enjoyed our time there and the pool and the grounds. There is a fantastic eating area and kitchen by the pool.. Highly recommend this place as a stay to anyone traveling with lots of family. Working with the company Possarelli I found to be a bit rigid and lots of rules they place on you. We weren’t even sure we can order pizza and bring it to the house without it it being considered an event and wanting to be charged for an event. Thankfully it worked out. Although very responsive to every email. I am not sure I would book through this company again. Upon leaving we were thrilled with the home and again, the special attention from the owner. The trip to Tuscany was beautiful.

Everything was excellent except of a few days of rain. You should find a way how improve it. 

Seriously we are very happy with the house and with everything what was offered there.

Un atelier cuisine bien mené et apprécié.. Un très bon service de brunch. Les clients étaient satisfaits.
Balade agréable rendue possible par la disponibilité et la livraison des vélos. Le groupe était un peu déçus par la séparation de la salle à manger du reste de la maison mais sinon tout s’est bien passé !
