Magnifique ! Belle propriété et très bel appartement, bien décoré, fonctionnel et très propre.
Accueil et contact facile et agréable. Possibilité de garer son véhicule et de le charger.
Très bien entretenu.
Tout est facilement accessible à pied : pizzeria, alimentation, poste...
Le cadre est très agréable, nature et chant des oiseaux.

Lovely holiday in Flavia’s beautiful home -the villa, pool & garden are all immaculately clean & we’ll kept. We felt lucky to have found this peaceful place with such proximity to Pisa & Lucca

Excellent accommodation along with a pristine pool and garden area to relax. Would highly recommend this to family and friends should they wish to visit Tuscany.

We stayed in Posarelli Villa in May 2024. We stayed in one of the apartment they offer, on the second floor of a renovated building. Apartment is perfect for 4 friends or a family with 2 kids. There are 2 bathroom both with shower, kitchen is simple but equipped with necessity and there is a dishwasher and washing machine. There are other apartments in the complex and they all share garden and beautiful swimming pool. Location is perfect to visit Pisa, Lucca, Livorno and surroundings. The village has a small super market, two bars and a couple of restaurants, so you get everything covered. The area of Monti Pisani (hills between Pisa and Lucca) is green and lush, dotted with amazing restaurants. We communicated with host mainly via messages, but they live in the complex so they are always available for any question. We really enjoyed our stay!

Het was een fijn en ruim verblijf. Mooie buitenruimte met zwembad en groenvoorziening. Rustige omgeving en 2 restaurantjes op loopafstand. Fijn app contact met de eigenaar, voor vragen altijd snel contact.

Bardzo czysto i wygodnie, okolica spokojna. Basen super, były też materace i inne zabawki do kąpieli. Gospodarz bardzo miły i elastyczny, niestety nie zawsze był tam ktoś, kto mówił po angielsku. Jedyne, co bym poprawiła to: nie było za bardzo czym myć naczyń, zabrakło gąbki do mycia naczyń albo chociaż paru tabletek do zmywarki i ręczników papierowych. Zabrakło też papieru toaletowego i worków na śmieci. Materace w łóżkach są już stare i niewygodne- dobrze by było to zmienić. W nocy psy w okolicy głośno szczekały i wyły, przez co sen przy otwartym oknie był zupełnie niemożliwy. To szczegóły, które sprawiły, że nie było idealnie, ale nadal było super :)

Perfect! We had the most wonderful holiday, Flavian’s place is beautiful, perfectly clean and in beautiful surroundings-we loved it and hope to come back soon -thank you for everything ????

We really enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was beautiful, we did not miss anything, the pool was perfect. I praise how owners were looking after the surroundings, they even provided playing tools for the pool. Location was perfect - in the middle of the village. The village was nice, we found 2 pizzerias near roundabout - pizza was delicious, I can recommend. There is also Ambrosia Pasticeria near main road that offers wide range of pastry - mainly sweet or sandwiches. Unfortunatelly, they do not sell plain baguettes - we did not find any place which sell plain baguettes in Santa Maria del Guidice. For them we needed to drive to few kilometers to Conad. Pisa and Lucca are only few kilometers away, they are perfect spots for evening walks in history city center. Local tax needs to be paid in cash before departure. We loved our stay here, and I would not hesitate to repeat the whole vacation here again :-)

In een klein dorpje gelegen, tussen Lucca en Pisa. In het dorpje is weinig te beleven. Een auto is dan ook nodig. Prachtig zwembad en mooie locatie!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Flavia 6, en lejlighed i landsbyen Santa Maria Del Giudice mellem Lucca og Pisa. Stedet var virkeligt velholdt, og der var pænt og rent over alt. Lejligheden var stor og rummelig. Der manglede ingenting. Fællesarealerne var superhyggelige og idylliske og poolen var altid ren og lækker. Stedet er præcist så flot, som på billederne. Information fra værten var fyldestgørende, og spørgsmål blev besvaret hurtigt. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette sted, og vil gerne tilbage engang.

el apartamento está muy limpio, los baños nuevos , las instalaciones exteriores cómodas, amplias y una buena piscina, el personas muy amable, nos dieron toda la libertad de bañarnos en la piscina a cualquier hora, recomendable sin duda, esta bien ubicado, volveremos seguro

Abbiamo trascorso giornate molto belle e tranquille nell'appartamento Flavia 6. Le finestre sono ben insonorizzate e non si sentono le campane della chiesa che è li vicino ( TOP ). Le stanze possono essere tutte completamente oscurate (Top ). L'appartamento era perfettamente pulito (Top ). I letti sono comodi (Top ). La piscina meravigliosa (TOP ). Purtroppo in cucina mancavano alcune cose, come la macchina per il caffè espresso, la frusta, le ciotole. nonostante quest il voto è 5 stelle su 5. Noi torneremo.

Apartment Flavia 6 is nice and spacious. It was clean and well equipped with all you need. Don’t expect do much service, a small vendor machine is available with coffee, cold drinks, candies etc…
Outside area is excellent with a nice pool and a beautiful views.
We can definitely recommend it.

Idéalement situé entre Lucca et Pisa.
Les parties communes (BBQ, terrasse, piscine, ...) sont très agréables, en parfait état et très bien entretenues.
L'appartement Flavia 6 est bien distribué, propre et très fonctionnel. Attention cet appartement est situé au 2ème étage et les marches sont raides !
En revanche, l'équipement et la vaisselle disponibles dans la cuisine sont très sommaires pour une famille de 4 personnes pouvant prendre 1 ou 2 repas par jour sur place.
De même pour ce qui concerne la climatisation peu efficace et bruyantes (ou très mal réglée ?).
L'accueil le jour de l'arrivé est très rapide et nous n'avons eu aucun autre contact durant notre séjour, pas même la veille de notre départ pour faire le point et confirmer notre heure de départ.
Prise en charge clients très légère au regard des autres prestations proposées. Dommage.
Nous reviendrons néanmoins avec plaisir, les points positifs l'emportent sur les petits désagréments.

Die Wohnungen und die Anlage sind hervorragend sauber und gepflegt. Jeder Raum hat Klimaanlage. Die Lage zwischen Lucca und Pisa ist optimal. Abzug gibt es für die Ausstattung der Küche. Keine Töpfe und Pfannen vorhanden.

Die Anlage ist ein Traum und top gepflegt! Der Pool ist groß genug und wird jeden Tag durch einen Poolroboter gereinigt! Die Gartenmöbel und Liegen mit Sonnenschirm sind ausreichend vorhanden und in einem top Zustand! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig, liebevoll gestaltet mit vielen Details. Sie ist sauber und es sind genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Ein großes Plus war die Waschmaschine und die Klimaanlage ohne die es nicht auszuhalten ist im Sommer. Auch den Grill konnten wir mitbenutzen. Grillkohle und Grillanzünder waren bereits vorhanden.
Das wirklich einzige Manko war die Begrüßung durch eine Angestellte, die kaum Englisch sprach und offensichtlich keine Lust auf Begrüßen der Gäste hatte. Sie war nicht sehr freundlich und verschwand nach Aushändigung des Schlüssels und nach kurzem Zeigen der Wohnung, ohne uns einen schönen Urlaub zu wünschen und ohne sich zu verabschieden. Das hinterließ leider keinen guten ersten Eindruck. Ansonsten ist das Dorf gepflegt und die Einwohner sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der kleine Dorf Minimarkt bietet alles an was man so braucht jedoch ist er sehr teuer.

Heel fijn huis met luxe badkamers. Appartement is brandschoon en de locatie is perfect. Binnen een klein kwartier ben je in Pisa en Luca.

This property was great for families who want to enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be able to enjoy the local cities (20 mins from central Pisa and 15 mins from Lucca), at a very good price.
We hired a car and would recommend to do the same, though local busses run from the village.
There is a local shop just a few mins away for the essentials, however they are more expensive than the likes of Lidl found in nearby towns. ( recommend to go there if self catering as much cheaper), and a nearby pizzeria with generous portions at a good price too.
The scenery around the apartment was amazing with the mountains behind the pool.
People were very friendly and communication with the agent and owner was very simple and quick responses given

We enjoyed our stay at Flavia apartments and the location between Lucca and Pisa was good. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a lovely Tuscany style to it. Short of one or two things ie. cups and glasses but we managed.
The wi fi worked well with Android but not Apple.
The pool was not heated but we enjoyed it all the same especially our girls and it was well maintained.
A little local information left in the apartment would have been useful especially about the buses if you are without a car.
We would be more than happy to stay here again

Great apartment in beautiful surroundings. We stayed in number 6 for a week. very clean and spacious for a family of three. Showers and hot water were great Kitchen items are a basic but we didn't need a lot.
The pool is spectacular with great views of the mountains and the area is very peaceful.
We also hired a car and they is ample parking. The village setting is very quiet. There is a small mini market a few metres away which sells most everyday items. In the village centre there are a couple of restaurants all excellent, post office, atm. There is also a large coffee house selling pastries/croissants etc a few minutes walk further down the road.

Efficient and regular bus service to Lucca (limited at weekends) took around 20 mins 2.50 Euro one way. Taxi is around 20 euro. Taxi from Pisa central station 30 Euro.
We also visited Viareggio for the day 30 Min drive and the water park at Cecina 50 min drive.
Maria was on hand should if we needed anything. Check in and out worked fine. And we were able to store our luggage and use the pool on our last day.
Would definitely recommend here and will stay again in the future I'm sure

Posizione degli appartamenti, la cura dei particolari e la possibilita' d'estate di godere della piscina in un ambiente tranquillo e In mezzo al verde.

Love this place! Comfortable, vertical functional apartament. The most important everything is new and clear. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool due to the weather but also looks great including Garden. A wonderful little town situated between Pisa and Lucca, close to Florence and the sea.
