Descripción
Santo Stefano is a beautiful, brand new villa with a private pool near to Castelfiorentino in Tuscany. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with en suite facilities, and the villa is superbly located to visit Tuscany with ease including the many centres of interest such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, the Chianti region and Valdera. Outside there are large, well-equipped areas and a stunning private pool. A lovely outdoor dining area is equipped with a table, chairs, barbecue and a wood-fired oven that has been set up right outside the kitchen.
Available to guests: private pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (8 x 4 metres); private, well-equipped outdoor space: covered terrace furnished with a barbecue; 3 bedrooms, each one with en suite bathroom and shower; air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom as well as the living room; panoramic view; Wi-Fi internet connection; parking.
Distances: Castelfiorentino with a good selection of shops 6 km, Certaldo 15 km, San Gimignano 26 km, Volterra 37 km, Florence (airport) 55 km, the renowned vineyards of Chianti Classico are around 50 – 80 km away, Pisa (airport) 65 km, Siena 70 km, the Tuscan coast (Cecina) 75 km, Lucca 95 km.

This Tuscan villa is fantastic. Everything was perfect. The bathrooms were beautiful, fully functional well stocked kitchen, well decorated, refreshing clean pool, the most amazing views of the Tuscan landscape… everything functioned properly (hot water, a/c)… Francesca was responsive and timely to any questions I had. Close location to the train station and to grocery stores.

The property is just as pictured, with a beautiful view and sparkling view. Francesca was our contact person and she was very gracious and kind. The bedroom layout was perfect for our group- with 2 on the main level and a suite upstairs - each with a private bathroom. The indoor and outdoor dining areas are wonderful! We loved the convenience of having laundry onsite, but some instructions in English would have been helpful. We eventually figured out that you have to empty a water tray in the dryer after 2 loads, but it was easy after that. All in all, we loved the house and would definitely return!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maginifique maison. La réalité a dépassé nos attentes à tous les niveaux, Vue incroyable, très propre et très bien entretenu, tout est moderne et de qualité, la taille et disposition des pièces sont au top en plus nous avons eu une double surprise: quelques produits locaux nous attendaient à notre arrivée et une magnifique véranda à côté de la cuisine nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas tout en profitant pleinement du paysage. Merci et bravo pour cette magnifique propriété.
