Villa Casentino

Die Villa ist wie auf der Website und durch die Bildern beschrieben. Die Stadtgebieten ist sehr freundlich und war während unseres Aufenthalts stets super erreichbar. Der Zustand ist gepflegt, wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar zwei Geschirrspüler. Der Gemeinschaftsraum (Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer) ist ein eigenes Gebäude, sodass man Schlafende nicht weckt. Der Raum ist sehr hell. Lediglich die Betten ist weich und quitschen sehr.

Abbiamo fatto una rimpatriata tra amici con figli: eravamo 12 bambini e 9 adulti, la struttura è enorme e ha spazi per tutte le età. La cucina è super accessoriata. Noi avendo tanti bambini con noi non ci siamo mossi mai dalla struttura se non per fare la spesa e non ci è mai mancato niente…è la casa ideale per una situazione come la nostra. Siamo stati benissimo. Per affitti invernali suggerisco degli attaccapanni nella dependance sulla piscina e qualche panno della cucina in più, per il resto la casa è perfetta

We stayed in a group of 15 people. The property offers very nicely furnished rooms, and we enjoyed the large common room with a kitchen and dining area by the pool the most. The accommodation is in a very quiet location, and we drove around to visit the sights in the surrounding area.

Very nice and spacious house. Pool was terrific. Surroundings likewise. Only (small) complaint is that most beds were squeaky….

Ein wunderschönes und großzügiges Anwesen mit viel Platz und einer reizvollen, ruhigen Lage. Nachts hört man jedoch die Geräusche der Bauern, die etwas weiter unten im Tal wohnen. Und rechnen Sie mit eventuellen zusätzlichen Stromkosten. Ansonsten waren wir äußerst zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Schönes Gelände, schöner Pool und Haus. Aussicht schön, gute Pergula.
Klimaanlagen sehr schlecht und veraltet. Kann man nachts kaum laufen lassen, weil sie viel zu laut sind. Finden wir für den Preis nicht angemessen.
WLAN eingeschränkt.

The Villa is equipped with Olimpia Unico air conditioners, which do not require external units. They can be a little noisy, but the sleep mode helps reduce sound levels for greater comfort at night. With the recent heat, they were most likely left running at full power.
We have already reported the Wi-Fi instability to our provider (Eolo satellite), and a dish replacement/upgrade has been scheduled. This should ensure a much more reliable connection going forward.

Just do it! This home is perfect! Great home for a group, giving your guests privacy and space. The saying a kitchen is the heart of a home is so true. We appreciated the kitchens location, separated from all sleeping spaces allowing early risers to be in kitchen without disturbing anyone. The house manager Sara is a true professional, so helpful and went above and beyond to be sure we felt cared for in this home.

Eine sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Anwesen ist ideal für größere Gruppen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre Weitläufigkeit und bietet genug Möglichkeiten um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Der Pool und die Outdoorküche waren ein Highlight!

Sono andato con un gruppo di 17 persone per trascorrere un weekend lungo. La villa era bella e molto spaziosa. Camere pulite e con tutto il necessario. Le aree comune, in particolare modo piscina, area griglia e la sala hanno permesso di passare un bellissimo weekend in compagnia.

Maison très agréable, avec très belle piscine, et de nombreux coins ombragés dans le jardin. Idéal pour un groupe d’amis voulant être ensemble mais avec une certaine intimité, avec les chambres éparpillées dans le domaine et cette maison centrale où se trouvent les espaces communs. A noter : le grand professionnalisme de Sara, qui s’est occupée de nous avec zèle et pro-activité pour nous aider à composer nos programmes, nous conseiller ou réserver un restaurant, nous apporter de l’eau, ou répondre à toute demande concernant la propriété.

Plusieurs points d’amélioration :
1/ indécent de faire payer 50 € d’électricité en plus des 5000 € de location ! Surtout que nous n’avons pas utilisé la Clim. Cela dégrade à posteriori l’expérience client.
2/ nécessité d’améliorer / de rénover la cuisine qui n’est pas au niveau du reste des prestations (siphon qui fuit,…). Il faudrait par exemple une machine à café à grains.
3/ nécessite de prévoir de l’eau en bouteille pour les locataires car l’eau du puits a très mauvais goût (Sara s’en est occupée a notre demande).

We hebben met kinderen en kleinkinderen een week genoten van het comfortabele huis, het heerlijke zwembad, de goed onderhouden tuin en de barbecueplek. De prachtige, rustige omgeving maakte het compleet. De service van de uitstekend Engels sprekende gastheer was excellent.

Eravamo in 11 ragazzi, la villa si desta anche a gran numeri di persone, la living room e il gazebo hanno come da foto uno splendido tavolo per stare tutti insieme, un'ampia dispensa con due frighi, le stanze erano ordinate e pulite, unica pecca, le stanze non sono collegate alla living room a cui si accede solo da fuori
Il nostro pernottamento é stato dal 14/10 al 18/10 ed essendoci stato sole siamo anche riusciti con un po di coraggio a tuffarci in piscina (gentilmente lasciata aperta oltre la data di chiusura indicata, su richiesta)
A 10-15 minuti di macchina si trovava tutto il necessario, supermercati e pizzerie, la casa é ben isolata dal resto e si trova a mezz'ora da Arezzo, raggiungibile con facilità

A lovely villa for our family holiday. We loved the pool, barbecue area, and the table under the trees. Problems with air conditioning which owners tried to put right - not totally successfully.

Fantastisk lækker ejendom med ene lækre værelser og et fantastisk lækkert poolområde.

Großartige Villa um mal richtig auszuspannen und die Natur zu geniessen. Einige von uns haben an der Olivenernte teilgenommen und wir durften mit in die Presse fahren und konnten abends das beste Olivenöl der Welt geniessen! Ein tolles Erebnis! Das Hasu ist sehr schön eingerichtet und vor dem Kamin kann man abends wunderbar plaudern.
Die Umgebung und die Orte sind sehr schön zu besuchen, Vorfällen Cortona hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben einen grossen Geburtstag in dieser Villa gefeiert und konnten es nicht besser treffen: die Villa ist umwerfend, die Umgebung wunderschön, das Schwimmbad der absolute Hit und der Kochbereich draussen ein Highlight! Das werden wir nie vergessen!

We had the most beautiful family vacation of our life in this extraordinary villa! We loved the amenities and the garden with pool and the great area. You can also visit this part of Tuscany during the high season, tourism is kept within limits, which makes everything even more beautiful. We recommend the accommodation very much!

The villa is just breathtaking! From the beginning it was a very successful holiday. We relaxed very well and enjoyed the luxury of the house and drove through the beautiful area. It was perfect!
