Domaine agréable et calme, avec toutes les commodites necessaires (piscine, panier de basket, table de ping pong…) Logement propre, un peu sombre, mais parfait pour passer de belles vacances estivales en profitant de l’extérieur

Super dejligt og smukt sted. Vi nød vores ophold meget. Lejligheden var super hyggelig og havde alt hvad vi havde brug for. Beatrice var meget hjælpsom og venlig.

Die Wohnung und Umgebung sind schön und ruhig. Bea hat immer schnell und hilfreich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Anreise ist fast nur mit dem Auto möglich. Alles ist sauber, gut eingerichtet und das Bett gemütlich. Beim Check-In sind Kurtaxe, 250€ Kaution und 90€ für die Reinigung zu entrichten. Dies geht aus dem Inserat nicht gut hervor, ändert aber nichts am fairen Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Goed appartement op prachtige locatie. Lekker rustig, fijn zwembad en goed gefaciliteerd. Let op: er komen €90 extra schoonmaakkosten bij, en er dient €250 borg betaald te worden. Dat wordt voor boeking slecht duidelijk gemaakt en kwam na de boeking als een verrassing.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig inmitten eines Olivenhains und Weinbergen gelegen. Der nächste Ort mit kleineren Lokalen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist innerhalb von 5min mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen. An der Ferienwohnung gibt es einen kleinen Pool und eine Liegewiese, die zum Sonnenbaden einlädt. Es weht auch oft ein leichter bis mäßiger Wind, sodass man es in der Sonne gut aushalten kann. Die FeWo ist eher minimalistisch ausgestattet, aber dennoch für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend und sehr authentisch. Die Lage der Unterkunft bietet sich wunderbar für Ausflüge in alle größeren Orte in der Toskana an. Lucca, Pisa und Florenz sind innerhalb 45-60min zu erreichen. Pistoia, die Hauptstadt der Provinz, ist ein kleines Juwel und definitiv einen Besuch wert!

The apartment is beautiful and the pool is amazing. It is a fantastic spot to explore Tuscany from.

The most beautiful place to relax and feed your soul. Morning coffee by the olive trees or a glass of wine watching the sunset over the grape vines...both memories will stay with me forever. Our gorgeous rustic apartment had everything we needed, with great air con, and the sun loungers and swimming pool were great in the hot weather. Hire a car and explore...Pisa, Florence and Lucca all just an hour or less away. Big supermarket just 11 minutes away (big vegan sections in case anyone is interested) Bea was extremelly welcoming on arrival and very helpful, and always a text message away with advice and suggestions. Felt completely at home here and will definately be back.

Das Air B'n'B war zwar etwas abgelegen von Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten, aber umso schöner war es dort die Natur, sowie Ruhe zu genießen. Da das Weingut etwas höher liegt, hatte man eine atemberaubende Aussicht die man gerne genoss. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Terasse mit Blick auf den Garten wunderbar um die Morgenstunden zu genießen. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber und groß genug um tatsächlich schwimmen zu können. Die Kommunikation hat sich sehr einfach gestaltet, da Bea schnell erreichbar und unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend war. Abschließend kann ich nur sagen, dass ich de Aufenthalt, sowie den hauseigenen Wein, sehr genossen habe

Wir haben hier 3 Nächte bei einer Rundreise verbracht, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Aussicht und Lage waren grandios, das nächste Städtchen in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tagsüber wie auch nachts war absolute Stille gegeben. Bea hat uns herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle nötigen Utensilien zum Kochen, Schlafen etc. Einziges Manko: Der Esstisch auf der Terrasse steht die meiste Zeit in der prallen Sonne. Der vorhandene Sonnenschirm ist hier nicht ausreichend. Wir würden außerdem empfehlen, ein Sortiment an Insektenschutz mitzubringen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vor allem der Pool ist klasse. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Le logement était très propre. Le jardin commun est très agréable : piscine, parasols et transats disponibles. Nous avons reçu des indications précises afin de rejoindre le logement avant notre arrivée. Bea est très réactive et sympathique.

Amazing villa!
The room was very charming, fully equipped for our stay, and the surroundings were beautiful with the vineyards and the olive trees.
You can definitely spend a relaxing time there, while being close to very interesting areas in Tuscany as Florence, Pisa or Lucca, and middle distance to Volterra, Montepulciano or the Val d´Orcia.
Thanks to the host, Bea, both the arrival and the check out were very easy, and she provided support every time we needed it.
Wish we can come back soon!

We spend 5 wonderful nights in the single-room apartment. The surroundings and estate was even better than the pictures showed, beautiful views and nice and quiet location. Good communication and no problems during our stay. Nice and clean pool, and leisure area. The only drawbacks were 1) the kitchen, which only had very basic utensils and no oil/salt/pepper or the like, and 2) Saturday morning we were woken at 7.30 by a loud lawn-mover and leaf blower.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento Vinaccia della tenuta Bellostare per 3 notti: era completo di tutto per il soggiorno, attrezzature della cucina, saponi e asciugamani per il bagno e anche due bottiglie di acqua al fresco per le calde giornate di luglio. Beatrice ci ha contattato qualche giorno prima ed è stata molto gentile e premurosa. In camera c’era l’aria condizionata ben funzionante e la piscina all’esterno è stata indispensabile dati i giorni caldissimi. Soggiorno piacevole. Solo da notare (nell’annuncio non è facilmente visibile) che vi sono 90€ aggiuntivi per la pulizia e viene richiesta una cauzione di 250€.
