Outside, the villa is surrounded by large equipped areas to enjoy the Sicilian sun: guests have at their disposal a private pool with a saltwater purification system for exclusive use, and an area equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue for outdoor dining.
Its location is perfect for visiting the most characteristic places of western and southern Sicily: the numerous beaches, the characteristic town of Mazara del Vallo, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, the Foce del Fiume Belice nature reserve, the medieval village of Erice and the historic centers of Trapani and Menfi, the archaeological site of Selinunte, the temple of Segesta, and the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento.
At the guests' disposal: pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (15 x 5 meters; minimum depth: 0.75 meters; maximum depth: 1.80 meters; saltwater purification system); 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms; solarium, private garden, barbecue, veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining; Wi-Fi internet connection (free Wi-Fi), air conditioning, parking.
