- Ground Floor: The entrance opens into a bright living area comprising a lounge with a fireplace and TV, and a dining area with a kitchenette. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, and filter coffee machine. The sleeping quarters consist of a main double bedroom featuring a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a second double bedroom with a standard bed (160 x 200 cm), and a full bathroom fitted with a shower.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
