A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Electricity: 0.40€ per kWh

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:

- 90% del precio del alquiler si la anulación se realiza entre 29 y 1 díás antes de la llegada.
- 100% del precio del alquiler si la anulación se realiza el día de llegada o en caso de no presentarse.
- 25% del precio del alquiler si la cancelación se realiza hasta días antes de la llegada.
