In the vicinity one can visit the most charming towns, archaeological sites and landscapes of the western part of Sicily, such as the medieval old town centre of Erice, the impressive temple of Segesta, the island of Mozia, the Zingaro’s natural reserve, the Egadi Islands, Marsala’s salt pans and the beautiful Trapani. This exclusive dwelling is located in a sunny, quiet but not secluded place and has a stunning countryside view. Its wide terraces and the wonderful swimming pool are the ideal spots to enjoy this lovely landscape. Its spacious exteriors and generously built interiors - that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people - guarantee enough space for a large family or a group of friends. The interior decoration is a tasteful combination of antiques and contemporary pieces of furniture that have been chosen with great care. The eight bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are furnished in nice country house style and are equipped with air conditioning, minibar and LCD television. The villa offers also a wide range of exclusive services available on demand: from transfer service to car and boat rental, from maid service to baby sitting, from beauty treatments to guided tours, from welcome buffet to breakfast service, to cook service.

Políticas y Normas del Alquiler
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied (all cancellations must be confirmed in writing):
- 30% of the total rental if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day.
- 70% of the total rental if it is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day.
- 100% of the total rental if it is made between 29 and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
Arrival between 16:00 and 21:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
Pool open from 1 January to 31 December

Lovely house, garden and pool in a beautiful tranquil area. Both the owners and Posarelli Villas were extremely helpful throughout the stay, really outstanding service! Would definitely come back.
