Brand new villa with a private pool and panoramic sea views in the town of Plaka, Crete.
Villa Platon can accommodate up to 6/7 people thanks to 3 bedrooms, a single sofa bed, and tastefully furnished interiors outfitted with all amenities.
On the grounds, this property offers a garden, a private pool with a sunbathing area, and an outdoor space furnished with a dining area.
The villa’s location is ideal for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches, just minutes away, and experiencing Greek culture. The center of Plaka is only 350 meters away (with shops of all kinds, and tavernas), and the town of Almiryda is just 2 km away (beaches and restaurants).
The property is accessed via a courtyard shared with the neighboring owner. Please note that Villa Platon, along with its garden and swimming pool, remains entirely private and for the exclusive use of our guests.

Had a wonderful time at Villa Platon. The villa was clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor area, sunbathing by the pool. Leo was very responsive to any queries we had. Some food and snacks were provided for our arrival which made life a little easier after our journey in. It is a short walk from Almyrida beach and plenty of local restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here and have zero complaints!!

Had a really nice stay! The place was clean, comfy, and just as described. The host was lovely and easy to chat with. Would happily stay here again! Logging into website is very time consuming tho.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Platon. Traditional Cretan stone house renovated to a high standard. Clean and well equipped. Excellent fridge, WiFi, TV & AC. Check-in smooth and accomodating. Spectacular sunsets and pool was lovely and clean. The outside seating is shaded in the morning for breakfast outside. The upstairs terrace provides the best view with sea visible. Could have done with loungers here. Access to this terrace is through the top bedroom with a steep step. Drying rack and pegs for clothes which was useful. Care should be taken moving around the house as steps between rooms and not easily visible. The entrace to the courtyard has a raised step and a couple of steps down. Excellent location only a few minutes level strole to Plaka square with three excellent tavernas, café bar and two supermarkets. A minute further is the Apokoronas brewery bar and recycling bins. A few minutes walk in the other direction you will find the Sunset taverna which is well worth a visit.

A beautiful property in a beautiful location. This really is an amazing selling point. Literally a 3 minute walk through flower laden, Greek village cobbled streets to a square comprising of 4 restaurants, a bar and 2 supermarkets, both very well stocked! The atmosphere was like something out of a film!!! Absolutely amazing! Very helpful owner with contact on WhatsApp

Absolutely beautiful villa , in a fantastic village , easy walking to near by restaurants , a short drive to beaches, car recommended as it's very hilly , Leo is extremely helpful . Would love to return .

Super schöne, saubere und moderne Villa. Toll ausgestattet. Sogar Wasser und einige Lebensmittel wurden bei der Ankunft bereitgestellt. Vor allem der Outdoor Bereich mit der Ausenküche und dem Grill hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und total freundlich. Die Villa ist wirklich wärmstens zu empfehlen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von fünf Freunden und hatten eine super Zeit.
