Villa Seaview Lux heeft onze verwachtingen na de boeking meer dan waargemaakt. De eigenaren van de villa, Babis en Vivian, zijn zeer gastvrij en hebben ons ontzettend veel gouden tips gegeven en begeleid om Plaka en de vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving te beleven.De Villa is van uitstekende kwaliteit! Zeer compleet, van alle luxe gemakken voorzien en bied veel privacy om te kunnen genieten.Het is heerlijk genieten in het ruime privé zwembad met kraakhelder water en voldoende comfortabele ligstoelen. Ook is er een mooie buitenkeuken met BBQ, extra koelkast, lekkere lounge en zitgelegenheid in het zwembadgebied.

Absolutely stunning views, the hostess Vivian was very kind and made us feel at home straight away. This is truly a gem of a place. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much to the owners for making it a lovely holiday for our family.

Beautiful villa with beautiful views! We had a lovely time at this villa, and would return. The host Vivian was excellent, very helpful and nothing too much trouble. She suggested excellent places to eat and visit. The villa had everything we needed, was very clean and the views were outstanding. Not completely private as the villa next door has a short fence that overlooks your pool area, sun beds and patio. The owners live above but we didn’t see or hear them in the 10 days we were here. An easy walk down to the village of Plaka to 2 small supermarkets and restaurants. Hard walk back up the hill if you’re not super fit, but worth it to have the views. Almyrida was lovely, superb family friendly beach, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. This was our first visit to Crete and we fell in love, we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

This is a real gem. The rooms are spacious and elegant. The outside pool area is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing day at the pool and the view is simply breathtaking.
we also loved our host Vivian. She made both check-in and check-out a nice experience, she has dozens of great recommendations for visits, beaches, restaurants etc. and she was always available whenever we had a question.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Seaview Lux at Posarelli Villas. The house is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos—if not even better in real life. From the very first moment, we felt completely at ease; the atmosphere is simply perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay.
A very special highlight was the outstanding hospitality of the owner, Vivian. We received such a warm welcome and truly felt at home right away. Thanks to her great recommendations, we were able to make the most of our holiday and discover many wonderful places.
We can also highly recommend the owners’ restaurant, Elias & Thyme. Located right by the sea, it offers a stunning setting along with delicious food—definitely a must-visit!

This is really a dreamhouse with a dreamview. We couldn't stop looking at the view!
The house is very comfortable and luxurious. Nice and cosy village of Plaká on walking distance.
The owner Vivian: she is very friendly and welcoming. She gave us worthfull advice for daytrips and restaurants in the surroundings.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa.
Elle est spacieuse et agréable.
La propriétaire nous a réservés un accueil très chaleureux, avec des attentions adorables! Par exemple il y avait des produits prévus pour notre premier petit déjeuner!
Les serviettes de plage / piscine sont prévus et nous avons apprécié les peignoirs également!
Il y a un petit village accessible à pied avec petits supermarchés et restaurants.
Vous pouvez descendre à Almyrida en bord de plage, qui est à environ 10 minutes à pied, mais la route n’est pas très agréable…
La route est un peu raide pour accéder à la ville mais la vue en vaut la peine !

La maison est magnifique : piscine chauffée, terrasse, barbecue, canapé extérieur, grand séjour, chambres et salles de bain impeccables. Et surtout une vue mer à couper le souffle Notre hôte Vivian était très agréable et facilitante Je recommande +++ Accès un peu difficile avec des routes très pentues. Mais cela reste faisable Cuisine équipée, mais personnellement, j'aurais aimé plus de vaisselle (mais c'est un détail)

Superb villa, comfortable and luxurious. Easy walk to the village and to Almyrida, although taxi back was welcome. Hosts were quick to respond and couldn't have been more helpful.

In one word PERFECT!

This villa had everything we needed for the week, including a well-equip kitchen. The space was fairly large and well maintained, with a lovely pool and great view. The host was responsive to give recommendations and let us know of timing of a pool cleaner.

A great place to rent, we stead at Seaview for 9 nights, the house was amazing, the pool is beautiful, and the morning and evening views are outstanding, Vivian is wonderful, very helpful and on top of things, she was also great at suggesting and organizing places to visit on the island.

The villa was perfect. Great communication from Vivian upon arrival and throughout our stay. The villa was presented fantastically and had everything needed and the outdoor space was ideal. The welcome pack was a nice thought with some essentials. We can highly recommend the owners restaurant Elia & Thyme which was a nice place to enjoy Sunday lunch! All in all a fantastic stay, highly recommended.

Beautiful villa, great location and very helpful/friendly hosts

Amazing house, with a beautiful view. Everything was clean and new, and the house surely lived up to our expectations.
The hosts were very kind and helpful, offering advise and help on where to go and what to see in Crete.

We can also recommend their restaurant Elia & Thyme at the beachfront. Very nice food, friendly staf and a beautiful view over the bay.

All in all a place we hope to come back to.

Vivian takes hosting to a whole new level! She and her husband were constantly available for anything we needed - car hire, places to visit - she even gave me and my kids a lift home one night when it was late! The villa is absolutely spectacular and all local shops and bars are in walking distance. A superb experience.

What a great place to stay in Crete! Extremely smooth communication and support from Vivian. Check in and out was easy. Place is clean, modern, very well laid out. Super comfy bed. Nice washroom and shower.
The best was the view.

Alleen maar superlatieven! Zeer vriendelijke gastheren. Fantastisch uitzicht. Zeer propere villa. Mooie inrichting. Leuk zwembad. Rustig gelegen. Een aanrader dus. We komen zeker terug.

The villa is wonderful, just like the view.
Vivian and Babis are very kind en friendly people. The Appartment has all the facilities you need and the equipment is high end. The villa is in a small village with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The sea is a few minutes driving away from the villa. Everything is perfect for a wonderful holiday! Loved it.

Highly recommend! We had the most incredible stay at the Seaview in plaka. The owners were incredible and very discreet, for the 10 days we were there they were on hand with anything we needed. The property is stunning with views spanning the whole coastline. Walking distance to the local village with easy access to local amenities. I recommend you try local restaurant Elia and thyme for their fantastic food. Highly enjoyable and will be returning, many thanks
