Descripción
House and private pool in Crete only 10 km from the beach at Georgioupoli. It is situated in the small town of Nipos and has recently been renovated. It has a modern style and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people in welcoming and comfortable rooms.
From the bright living area, you can access the outside space with a swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests equipped to enjoy the typically sunny Cretan days. Adjacent to the apartment you’ll find a small, characteristic Greek cafe and just a few metres further, an excellent restaurant where you’ll be able to try the typical delicacies of the island and savour Greek cuisine.
Available to guests: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; sleeps 6; private pool (7 x 3 metres; shallow end: 0,4 metres; deep end: 1,4 metres); raised patio furnished for outdoor eating with a sail shade; air conditioning; Wi-Fi internet connection; sun terrace; barbecue; Greek café and restaurant just a few metres from the house.

Fantastic villa and location, possibly our favourite ever in many years of renting holiday villas.

Denna fantastiska villa gav oss två riktigt härliga veckor i Nipos på Kreta! Huset var som bilderna, fräscht och rent. Allt som vi behövde fanns tillgängligt! Underbar pool och poolområde där vi spenderade mycket tid om vi inte var iväg till stranden! Själva byn Nipos var oerhört lugn, inte mycket som hände och det passade oss utmärkt. För en som vill ha lite mer fart runt omkring sig, ska man nog hitta ett boende på annan plats närmare städerna. Du är (såklart) bilberoende, men enkelt och bra vägar till och från byn. Ute på stora vägen på ca 5min och något kortare än så till byn Vryses som hade lite fler restauranger och super markets. Vi är supernöjda med vår tid i detta underbara hus!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement. Lits confortables, cuisine bien fournie, séjour donnant sur la piscine. Nous et en particulier blés enfants ont adoré la piscine et l'espace détente aux abords. Super expérience pour nous!

We had a very nice holiday. The house is located in a small village close by the sea. The owner and the people in the village are very friendly and the food in the restaurants is amazing. The children had allot of fun in the pool so overall a perfect vacation spot to go too.
