The interiors are decorated and furnished with unique pieces and paintings by important high level Italian artists.
The town of Ferma has many small tavernas and restaurants, and is easily reached by walking down the main street.
At guests’ disposal: private pool with sea view; large verandas and patio with living and outdoor dining areas; barbecue; large garden; beach access via a path and about 30 meters of stairs; parking for 4 cars; Wifi internet.

Wonderful location. Beautifully appointed. Excellent facilities. Walk down to beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Small supermarket within walking distance and 10 minute drive to larger facilities. Kitchen well equipped but not room for more than one/two people to be working in it at same time. Beautiful pool. Well maintained and comfortable loungers/seating. Excellent service. Booked recommended restaurants and advised activities. Quick response to sorting any problems.
