The one-level, raised ground floor villa offers bright, welcoming interiors that are tastefully and elegantly furnished. It has 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people.
Villa Aetheria is perfect for a large family or a group of friends who want a seaside vacation rich in charm and tradition.
This villa is surrounded by scenic terraces with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and countryside. Guests of Villa Aetheria can spend their days relaxing by the pool, barbecue and outdoor dining area.
During the day, you can explore the island’s famous archeological sites and enjoy beautiful beaches like Mavros Molos, Falasarna and Balos (easily reached by ferry from Kissamos harbor).

logement confortable, vue superbe sur la nature environnante, champs d'oliviers, montagnes. Promenades agréables dans des chemins en pleine nature. Village de Kissamos à 5-10 minutes en voiture.

Wonderful villa in an amazing location overlooking an olive grove. It offers the perfect balance of peaceful surroundings while still being within easy driving distance of beautiful beaches and attractions. The villa is exceptionally well equipped with everything you might need and feels warm, cozy, and truly like a home away from home. We had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Kissamos! The place was spotless and even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made it super comfortable for our group. The backyard is perfect for relaxing, with a great-sized pool and even a working outdoor shower. We especially loved the huge patio — ideal for family breakfasts, lunches, and dinners together. The front parking area is spacious and even has a hose, which was perfect for rinsing off the car after beach days. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive — communication was smooth and they made key pick-up and drop-off really easy. I would recommend this villa to absolutely anyone looking to explore the beautiful beaches of Crete. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aetheria! Recently updated rooms - each with their own en suite bathroom - are very comfortable and equally sized making it easy to share with another family. The villa has stunning views (can see the sea in the distance), offers privacy but also located just a short 5-minute drive from Kissamos where we could find anything we needed.
The hosts were very reactive and helpful with all of our requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Aetheria!

We had a very nice vacation in villa Aetheria. The villa was modern and clean with a nice pool area. It is good located with a nice view.
The service from the owners was good.

Fantastic villa, very modern and clean with aircon everywhere which was a godsend when the heat was unbearable. the owners were very friendly and attentive and always available for any problems not that we had any!! Pool is great and had the sun all day long and comfy outdoor furniture. Very handy for the town which is only five minutes down the road by car and has lovely restaurants overlooking the sea & beautiful sunsets
