Villa Sapphire is a modern vacation villa with panoramic views in Crete, near the seaside villages of Almyrida and Kalyves, famous for their beautiful sandy beaches.
The villa can accommodate up to 6/8 people. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds; bright, tastefully furnished interiors; and all amenities. Outside, the villa has a beautiful private infinity pool, and a barbecue area on the terrace.
Here you can enjoy splendid sweeping views of the sea, Souda bay, and incredible island sunsets.
The property is just a few kilometers from the village of Almyrida, where you will find the beach, restaurants, shops and services.
At guests’ disposal: private pool with sea views (6,5 x 3 meters; depth: 1,6 meters), barbecue, outdoor dining area with table and chairs, Wifi internet, air conditioning, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sunbathing terrace with magnificent sea views, Kera, Almyrida and Kalyves beaches a few minutes’ drive away, parking.

Nicht unbedingt günstig, aber eine sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Toplage mit einem traumhaften Ausblick und nahem sauberen und ruhigen Sandstrand.Die smarte Lichtsteuerung ist am Beginn etwas nervig, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Bei eventuellen Problemen , Unklarheiten oder auch Fragen zur Umgebung etc.ist Leonidas immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.Kontakt einfach über WhatsApp und sehr bemüht.
Die Lage mit Blick über die ruhige Bucht von Souda ist einmalig. Der unter der Villa liegende Sandstrand Kera-Beach ist auf kurzem Weg erreichbar und blitzsauber und leer. Das Wasser ist unglaublich klar und auch durch die geringe Wassertiefe sehr warm. Vom Flughafen Chania ist man in 40 Minuten da. Nach Almyrida mit guten Restaurants und Geschäften sind es knapp 1 km.Die Villa hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die es braucht und ist ideal für 6 Personen.

Faszinierender Ausblick und tolle Lage in der Nähe zu Chania. Sauber gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Villa Sapphire mit Poolbereich und fussläufig erreichbarer kleiner Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser. In der Umgebung authentische und gemütliche Tavernen mit traditionellen Speisen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in benachbarten Dörfern. Meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Veldig fint og moderne hus, med fantastisk utsikt. Vi kunne ikke vært mer fornøyd! gange til liten, sjarmerende strand. Nydelig vann, strand uten solsenger. 10-12 min. til sentrum med restauranter og tavernaer, og strender med solsenger. God og vennlig kontakt gjennom oppholdet.
