Villa Nipos

Nous avons passés un super séjour fin octobre ! Nous recommandons ce logement qui est à equi-distance de pleins de super endroits (la Canée, Réthymnon, lac kournas…) Le logement est propre et spacieux où l’on peut profiter du calme. Les hôtes sont arrangeants et flexible !

La casa è molto bella e spaziosa. Eleutheria e suo padre sono stati meravigliosi e molto accoglienti, ci hanno lasciato il necessario per la colazione e sono sempre stati molto disponibili. Ogni 3 giorni la casa viene pulita,consigliatissima!

Nagyon szerettünk itt lakni. Gyönyörű a kert, csodás növények, szuper medence. A ház kényelmes és kedves. A kedvenc falvaim a szomszédban:) Nagyon jó volt!!

Même si nous avons trouvé la maison un peu sombre à l’intérieur nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa. L’endroit est paisible, le paysage et le jardin sont magnifiques Merci pour les attentions (légumes, fruits, café …et tout un fonds de cuisine à disposition), service de ménage de qualité. Ghania et Rethymno sont proches, de belles plages et de belles ballades à faire dans cette belle partie ouest de la Crète.

Very clean, quiet and peaceful and has everything you need. Lovely friendly and warm hosts made us feel so welcome and at home.

Had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa has fabulous views and a great pool. The villa and pool were really well maintained during our stay. There a number of good local restaurants within a mile walk. It made a really good base to explore Crete.

We had an amazing holiday - 3 women and a toddler :) Great house with 3 spacious rooms + bathrooms and a fine kitchen (large fridge and freezer which is rare for such homes). The outdoor space is amazing with garden and pool. The place is so quiet and peaceful, and super markets + restaurants are only a short car ride away. Host and maids were responding fast and politely to any request, and we cannot wait to come back another time :) :)

It was simply the best decision for our family holidays. We're looking forward to come back.

We had a perfect stay of 10 nights, very relaxing, and can fully recommend the villa. Our host was very friendly and proactive and a pure joy to deal with.

Villa Nipos is a great place to stay! The location is superb, quiet and isolated , but yet close to everything. It is located in area surrounded only with olive trees and forest, with nice view to the mountain. The pool was clean and the garden was full of trees and flowers. The house is unique- almost everything is hand made by the owner. The bathrooms were clean. Elisa was a great host- she helped us answering every question about tours, tavernas and places to visit. The kitchen is equiped with everithing needed for the stay, and since we arrived late at night- fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh bread were waiting for us. The beaches are minutes away, and the nearest restaurants are 1 km close. If you want to have relaxed vacation in the forest and olive trees, away from the resorts vanity and noise- Villa Nipos is the place for you. Elisa, thanks for everyhing!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Elisa and Nikos are perfect hosts with can do attitude. Nikos comes and cleans the pool every morning before we woke up. Elisa made sure we don't need anything. She is a very responsive and friendly host. The views from the house are beautiful and location is secluded. We couldn't be happier we picked their place and will be coming back.

We stayed in Villa Nipos, which is the one further away from the road. There are 2 villas there, and we were the only guests at that time. It was quiet and peaceful. There are many olive trees and the lemon trees that you see from the kitchen. The villa and the grounds are kept spotless by the owner who comes to look after the property every day, and is very discreet. Elisa is also super helpful with any queries. Thank you for the yoga mat! The house is also very well maintained and very comfortable. There a great views from the garden and the first floor balcony.
It was a nice treat to have the villa cleaned half way through the week. There is an excellent shop with Cretan cheeses, oli, honey, alcohol, bread, olives, cakes supplied by the locals in the Vryses village.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Villa with a stunning view on the montains, and Nikos and Elisa were lovely, caring and very responsive hosts. We hope to come back another time ❤️

Elisa, who speaks english and french, are perfect hosts ready to help you. The villa is beatifully, quietly and privately situated in the midst of olive groves where you hear nothing but the goats' bells. The nearest villages, supermarkets and local tavernas are within walking distance (1,5 km), very nice beaches 10 min.s by car and Chania 40 min.s by car.

Un coin de paradis, luxuriant et au milieu d’oliviers. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter l’ouest de la Crête. Un service menage et entretien de piscine inédit sur Airbnb. Des hôtes d une gentillesse et disponibilité hors pairs. Mille merci pour ce séjour dont nous devons partir avec nostalgie.

Great house and amazing service from Nikos and Elisa!

The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Hospitality was great and the cleaning ladies did a very thurough job. The pool was being kept clean during our stay and the property is obviously well cared for and very very charming. There are 2 similar villa's in relative close proximity to each other but the layout ensures that there is a lot of privacy and you hardly notice other occupants. The kitchen is very well utilised, also we made good use of the outdoor kitchen area with an excellent barbeque and a pizza oven! The area is very quiet, the only sounds that surprised us were from a flock of goats that passed by behind the villa once. Getting to the more touristy areas requires some transportation, but the first shops and bars/restaurants in Vryses are doable by foot. All in all we had a great stay (2 old and 3 young adults), this property and this host is highly recommended.

We spent a lovely week at Villa Nipos. The villa is exactly as described. It was super clean and was equipped with everything that we needed. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor eating area and spent a lot of time sitting there. Our teenage children preferred the upstairs balcony. The villa is well located- Vrysses the nearby town sells everything that we needed and has some nice restaurants. It is also just a short drive to the beaches at Georgiopoulos. The owners were lovely and very accommodating.

Fantastisk hus med alle faciliteter. Dejlig pool og have, 3 soveværelser, 3 badeværelser, alting skinnende rent. Beliggenheden er god, tæt på lille landsby som har alt hvad man har brug for, købmand, taverna og is. Sødt værtspar, der havde sørget for velkomstpakke med brød, mælk, frugt mm. Rengøring under opholdet. Alt perfekt til en god ferie.

Wunderschönes Haus sowie ein gepflegter und sauberer Aussenbereich.

Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mitten in einem alten Olivenhain.

Wonderful stylish villa. Clean, spacious. Here you will find everything you may need during your vacation. The surrounding area will delight you with old olive trees, flowering bushes and a cozy pool. You can use the grill in the garden. Silence and privacy. We will definitely come back

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la villa avec nos 2 enfants de 12 et 14 ans. Malgré la canicule, nous avons pu alterner entre la fraîcheur à l’intérieur et la piscine, petite mais extrêmement agréable et profiter pleinement de ce havre de paix. Une autre villa identique jouxtait la nôtre sans que nous nous voyions ou entendions. Le village à côté était pratique mais ne nous a pas enthousiasmé. La Chanée à 40 mn est magnifique. Le parc botanique à 50 mn top. Les plages très fréquentées en août sont a 15 mn en voiture. Après les excursions de la journée c’était toujours un grand plaisir de retrouver la maison et sa piscine au calme et à l’abri des regards. Elisa a été une super hôte et nous a bien aidés lors de notre odyssée.

Tolles Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Sauber und freundliche Vermieter.
Wir wurden jeden Tag gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei und unsere Anliegen immer direkt geklärt.
Wir waren 11 Tage dort und in dieser Zeit wurden 2 Mal Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt, das Haus gereinigt. Der Pool erfüllt definitv seinen Zweck und ist sauber, den Grill kann man ebenfalls nutzen.
Einziger Verbesserungswunsch: mehr Gläser, Tassen und Teller.
Wir waren zu 7 dort und es hat leider immer nur einmal für alle gereicht.

Bref on a adoré et le rapport qualité prix est très bien.

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
Wir waren als Paar mit unseren Dreijährigen Zwillingen und einer Freundin in dem geräumigen schönen Haus von Nikos und allen hat es gut gefallen.
Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist sehr gepflegt und super schön!
Wir wurden mit Wein, Brot, Obst und Gemüse begrüßt und durften in unserer Zeit dort selbstgemachten Wein und Raki kosten.
Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und bei Bedarf sofort vor Ort.
Auch das Pferd von Nikos durften wir reiten.
Nebenan gibt es ein weiteres sehr ähnliches Ferienhaus von dem man jedoch wenig mitbekommt.
Vryses ist sehr nah, dort gibt es ein paar Restaurants, Bäcker und kleine Supermärkte.
Mit dem Auto sind mehrere Strände gut erreichbar zum Beispiel Almyrida mit klarstem, türkisem Wasser.

C’est le lieu parfait pour découvrir tout le centre et la partie ouest de l’île Pas d’avion à proximité Vrisses une petite ville juste à côté vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin La population est agréable et le paysage à couper le souffle C’est pour nous le meilleur endroit On y retournera ;-)

Cette maison est magnifique. Elle est en pleine nature, pour le repos c’est idéal. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. L’emplacement est calme mais vous serez assez proche de plusieurs points d’intérêts.
Je vous la conseil fortement que vous soyez entre amis ou en famille.

We already stayed in this villa last year and found it improved for this season. It was nice to meet again the owner who also greeted us with a bottle of wine after he recognised us. Reservation process was smooth as usual, and the value for money absolutely excellent. See you again soon!

We booked this villa for the first week of July. It is a fantastic time to explore Crete, and we have been very lucky with the weather (not too hot). We truly enjoyed local food, friendly people, and particularly liked Vrysses and the beach of Balos (we took a day trip). Cannot fault the accommodation, just maybe an additional set of kitchen plates would have been useful.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the villa. Excellent value for money and good location. Property clean and well looked after. Will be back for sure! The nearby sandy beach of Georgeoupolis was great, and the village next to the villa (vrysses) truly traditional and ttractive, with fantatsic tavernas.

Lovely villa, with a nice garden and large pool. The property was clean and well appointed, cannot fault it. Communication with agency was smooth and efficient. Recommended!
